We accept returns only under the following conditions:

✅ Eligible for Return:

1. Damaged or defective items
2. Wrong product received
3. Product does not match the description or image on our website

❌ Not Eligible for Return:

1. Change of mind after delivery
2. Used or damaged items (by the customer)
3. Custom-made or personalized leather products

📦 Return Conditions:

1. You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
2. The item must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging with tags and invoice.
3. Return shipping costs will be covered by the customer unless the mistake is ours (e.g., wrong or defective item sent).

🔁 Exchange Option:

1. You can request an exchange if your product meets the return conditions.
2. Exchange depends on availability of stock.

❌ Cancellation Policy

🕒 Order Cancellation:

1. Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them — no questions asked.
2. For prepaid orders, refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days.

⚠️ Non-Cancellable Orders:

1. Custom or personalized items cannot be cancelled once processing has begun.
2. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
